I get good FPS in Link's Awakening on Vulkan and less 30 FPS in Breath of the Wild with the 60 fps mod. I have no idea what's wrong except for maybe my CPU is a bit too slow. Cemu did take almost two and a half years to get BotW running stable 30fps on mid-lower end hardware. Yuzu doesn't run BOTW at more than 30fps.

I haven't tried it personally, but my news feed has been blowing up with it the past week or so. I'd look into that. Pokemon Legends Arceus works at solid 30fps with Vulkan. Switch to OpelGL it's in the 10-12fps range with many dips to 1-2 FPS whenever new shaders come up (Vulkan only dips to 10-15fps at these points).
