"Inappropriate activity detected" means you still have EAC disabled. How to enable it again depends on how you disabled it in the first place. Most players use modengine2, which only disables it when you run launch_eldenring.bat, so using the play button in steam or the game exe returns to vanilla.

The "Inappropriate Activity" thing is just the game telling you "No online for you at this time because reasons". I attempted to mod Elden Ring after my first playthrough and got the "Inappropriate Activity Detected" (even when starting in offline). I never actually started a save file after this message appeared and deleted the mods and the message no longer appeared but I don't really know if I'm still banned, not that I really care.
