I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean). The hotel was unwilling to do this, but Ruben made things right and got me a refund. Not needing to go through a cc chargeback was nice. Date of experience: March 03, 2022. Useful.

So I did not hesitate and I finally booked it. I received a confirmation email with the details and a booking number. However, not knowing this site at all, I did some research afterwards.Fraud company. I booked hilton hotel through this site. Hilton had a technical problem with the swimming pool and at check in I was given the option to cancel booking with no fees as the advertisement included a swimming pool.
