Yes and they are pissing off their customers. I went to Urbandale the other day and they don't open can redemption until like 10am. The new Grimes Hy-Vee tried to hide it and has 2 machines and they also have reduced hours. I think Iowa should get rid of the 5cent redemption but until that happens, Hy-Vee needs to not make it harder.
