I visit Gearhart about three or four times a year. I always make an effort to enjoy the Pacific Way Cafe and the adjoining Bakery. The latest was on May 3rd 2008. I had heard of a new menu and head chef. The food (duck w/ cherries and the cioppino) and service (Kelly) were both excellent. Myself and my girlfriend love the intimate atmosphere.
